Ritual Retail
A design methodology that treats the store as choreography, using ritual, sensory cues, and hospitality to turn visits into memories. I built a six-step framework with toolkits for floor flow, sensory mapping, human scripts, and post-purchase closure, then translated it into a usable handbook for pilots. The work blends museum sequencing with retail psychology to reduce cognitive load and raise dwell, revisit, and word-of-mouth.
The goal is simple: a system teams can run, measure, and improve.
